Privacy Policy
Short version: this website does not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no tracking pixels. If you buy a print, the purchase happens on Gumroad and Gumroad handles your details, not us.
Who we are
Scaredy Head ("we", "us") operates the website at scaredyhead.com and the Scaredy Head accounts on TikTok and Instagram. You can reach us at hello@scaredyhead.com.
What this site collects
Nothing. This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no user accounts, no comments and no login. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Our web host may keep standard server logs, which typically record IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure, are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Third parties that receive data when you visit
- Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google's font service. Your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them, and that request includes your IP address. We receive nothing from it.
- Gumroad. Our store links out to Gumroad. If you buy something, you leave this site and the transaction happens entirely on Gumroad's platform. Gumroad collects your name, email, payment details and delivery information, and is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your payment card details.
- TikTok and Instagram. We link to our profiles. Clicking a link takes you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.
What we do with customer information
When someone buys a print, Gumroad provides us with the buyer's name and email address so the order can be fulfilled and so we can respond to questions about it. We use that information only for those purposes. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing unless the buyer has separately asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any support or refund request, and meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us at hello@scaredyhead.com and we will respond. Because purchase data lives with Gumroad, some requests are best directed to them, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly.
