1. Who we are

Scaredy Head ("we", "us") operates the website at scaredyhead.com and the Scaredy Head accounts on TikTok and Instagram. Contact: hello@scaredyhead.com.

2. The site

This site is provided for information and to sell art prints. We may change, add to or remove any part of it at any time without notice, and we may take it offline temporarily or permanently.

3. Purchases

Orders are processed by Gumroad, not by this site. When you buy a print you leave scaredyhead.com and complete the purchase on Gumroad's platform, which means Gumroad's own terms and refund policy also apply to that transaction. We do not process or store payment card details.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Products are digital or printed artworks as described on the product page; colours on a physical print may differ slightly from how they appear on a screen.

4. Refunds

Because orders are processed by Gumroad, refunds are handled under Gumroad’s refund policy and are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. If something arrives damaged, does not arrive, or is not what was described, email hello@scaredyhead.com and we will help sort it out.

5. Intellectual property

All artwork, video, images, text, logos and designs on this site and on the Scaredy Head social accounts are our property and are protected by copyright. Buying a print buys you the physical or digital item for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, print additional copies of, or use any of our work commercially without written permission. You may not use our work to train machine learning models.

You are welcome to share our social posts using the platforms' own share and repost features with credit intact.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Content warning

Scaredy Head produces horror content. The site and our social accounts contain imagery intended to unsettle, including depictions of creatures and frightening scenes. This content is not suitable for young children. It is fiction and is created using AI image and video tools; it does not depict real people, real events or real animals.

8. Third party links

This site links out to Gumroad, TikTok and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their terms or what they do with your information.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of anything on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

11. Privacy

How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
